Dioctylsulfosuccinaat natriumzout Gebruik
1. Gemakkelijk oplosbaar in water, de oplossing is melkwit en niet bestand tegen sterke zuren, sterke basen, zwaremetaalzouten en reductiemiddelen. Het dringt snel en gelijkmatig door. Het heeft goede bevochtigende, penetrerende, emulgerende en schuimende eigenschappen. Het penetrerende effect is het beste bij temperaturen onder 40 °C, en het hydrolyseert gemakkelijk bij contact met alkali bij hoge temperaturen. Het penetrant T is niet bestand tegen sterke alkaliën en kan niet rechtstreeks aan een geconcentreerde alkalische oplossing worden toegevoegd. Het penetrant T moet worden toegevoegd nadat de alkalische oplossing is verdund.
2. Dit product is een zeer effectief penetrant, gebruikt voor de behandeling van katoen, viscose en hun gemengde producten. De behandelde stof wordt direct gebleekt of geverfd zonder te schuren, wat de verfdefecten veroorzaakt door dood katoen kan verbeteren. De stof voelt zachter en voller aan. Bij het uitvoeren van groene bleking moet de kleurstof eerst worden teruggetrokken om het penetrerende effect te garanderen.
3. Als er te veel schuim ontstaat bij gebruik van penetrant T, kan een kleine hoeveelheid schuimverwijderaar, GP of octanol, tributylfosfaat en andere schuimverwijderaars worden toegevoegd.
