Introduction:
La 3-acétylpyridine est un intermédiaire important dans la synthèse du risédronate de sodium.Il a été développé par Procter & Gamble aux États-Unis et lancé aux États-Unis et en Europe en 1998.Il appartient à la troisième génération des bisphosphonates. Comparé à d' autres médicaments similaires, le risédronate de sodium a un effet anti-absorption amélioré et des effets secondaires moins toxiques.Il est devenu l'un des médicaments les plus importants pour la prévention et le traitement de l'ostéoporose.
Utilisations:
Utilisé principalement pour préparer des saveurs de popcorn, arachides, viande et tabac.
Utilisé comme intermédiaire du risédronate de sodium pour le traitement de l' ostéoporose.
