Einführung:
Gentianaviolett, auch bekannt als Kristallviolett und basisches Violett 3, ist ein häufig verwendeter synthetischer basischer Farbstoff zusammen mit Methylgrün, Neutralrot, Methylenblau, Safranin, Hämatoxylin, Malachitgrün, Methylviolett und basischem Fuchsin.
Verwendungen:
Gentianaviolett wird hauptsächlich zur Herstellung von Tinte, Kohlepapier, biologischen Farbstoffen usw. verwendet. Gentianaviolett hat eine gewisse Affinität zu Chromosomen-DNA. Die beiden können sich verbinden, um Chromosomen violett erscheinen zu lassen, was Schweinefleisch färben kann und nicht leicht abwaschbar ist. Aufgrund dieser Eigenschaft wird die Gentianaviolett-Färbung auch in der Genetik, Zellbiologie und anderen Bereichen weit verbreitet.
