Einführung:
Natriumoleat ist eine blassgelbe Paste, eine Verbindung, die aus einer hydrophoben Gruppe und einer hydrophilen Gruppe besteht. Es hat ausgezeichnete emulgierende, penetrierende und reinigende Eigenschaften und ist gut in heißem Wasser löslich. Seine wässrige Lösung ist eine blassgelbe, transparente, alkalische Flüssigkeit. Es ist in Ethanol löslich und die Lösung ist neutral. Es ist unlöslich in Benzol und Ether und oxidiert langsam an der Luft, wodurch sich die Farbe verdunkelt.
Verwendungen:
Chemisch reines Natriumoleat wird für die Mineralaufbereitung, Textil-Imprägnierung, Seifenherstellung und als anionisches Tensid und Textil-Imprägniermittel verwendet; analytisch reines (AR) Natriumoleat wird zur Aktivierung der Proteinkinase C in Leberzellen verwendet.
