The neopentane structure provides excellent stability, improved resistance to heat, light, hydrolysis and oxidation; and has outstanding weather resistance, gloss and chemical resistance.

Application of Coating 1,1,1-Tris(Hydroxymethyl)Ethane CAS 77-85-0 For Surfactants

1Exterior coatings such as automotive coatings, electrical coatings, agricultural machinery coatings, and marine coatings, industrial coatings, wood and anti-corrosion coatings that meet high weather resistance requirements;
2High temperature (greater than 200°C) baking ceramic non-stick pan coatings, such as modified silicone polyester coatings with high weather resistance and good heat resistance;
3Hydrolysis and acid-resistant beverage coatings;
4Hot-cured inks to give them good gloss, hardness, solubility resistance and thermal stability;
5Artificial lubricants to meet the requirements of oxidation corrosion stability testing;
6Active diluents for alkyd resins.
TME can also be used for surface treatment of other solid heat storage solar materials and other inorganic pigments such as titanium dioxide.
