Tonnage buyers mostly want the same material every month and a packing that fits the plant. With a melting point near 30 degrees C, that means choosing between a solid drum you melt in your own tank and a heated container that arrives liquid and goes straight into the reactor.

We fill from a blended lot rather than batch by batch, so assay and colour do not drift across a shipment. If your plant runs continuously, we can agree a monthly allocation and ship on a fixed date, which takes the spot market out of your raw material cost.

Bulk supply to inhibitor blenders, plating additive manufacturers and synthesis plants that consume more than a tonne a month and want to melt from a tank rather than open drums.

If you take it molten, keep the tank at 45 to 55 degrees C with a dry breather and avoid long holds above 60 degrees C. If you take it solid, a drum melter with a low temperature set point is enough; overheating is the usual cause of colour complaints.

200 kg steel drum with liner, and 1000 kg IBC with an integrated heating coil for molten supply. Every unit carries the blend number, assay, colour at dispatch and date.

Solid material stores below 25 degrees C; molten material must stay between 45 and 55 degrees C in an insulated or heated container. Full container loads ship from Shanghai in 15 to 20 days.

COA per blend with assay, cyclohexanone, water, melting point and colour at fill and at dispatch, plus the GC trace. A 250 g retention sample per blend is kept for 18 months.
