Bulk HFIP CAS 920-66-1 ISO Tank IBC Supply for Industrial Plant Buyers

At tonnage scale, HFIP is bought on logistics as much as on specification. The material is dense, the boiling point is low, and the vapour pressure means a badly sealed tank loses product and gains water at the same time. We fill ISO tanks and IBCs under nitrogen, from a blended lot, so the assay is the same at the top and the bottom of the container.

Most of our bulk customers run recovery units, so we also quote on the basis of what comes back: send us the spent solvent analysis and we can tell you whether a toll purification arrangement is worth more than buying fresh material.

Monthly allocation is available for plants that consume more than ten tonnes a year, which takes the spot market out of the raw material budget.

For ISO tanks, confirm the gasket and valve material against an HFIP compatibility table before loading, and keep the tank under nitrogen during storage. Unload with dry gas pressure rather than water displacement, which would ruin the batch.

1000 L IBC and 20 ton ISO tanks, nitrogen padded and sealed with tamper evident closures. Labels carry blend number, assay, water, fluoride and colour at dispatch.

Store below 30 degrees C, sealed, in a ventilated bunded area. Full container and ISO tank shipments from Shanghai in 15 to 25 days depending on destination.

COA per blend with assay, water, free fluoride, residue and colour at fill and at dispatch, plus the GC trace. A 250 g retention sample per blend is kept for 24 months.
