A blending plant buys MMT by the drum and cares about three things: the manganese figure, whether the drum is still sealed when it arrives, and whether the next drum behaves like the last. We blend into a holding tank and fill from that single volume, so a shipment is one material rather than the output of separate reactor batches.

Every drum goes out nitrogen padded with a tamper evident seal, and the manganese content is measured on the blend rather than on a single batch. If your treat rate calculation is sensitive, we can supply the figure to three decimal places so the blender can work from the certificate instead of re-testing on arrival.

Keep the drum sealed between uses and re-blanket with nitrogen where available. If the plant doses from a day tank, keep that tank shaded and covered; MMT left in an open tank in sunlight darkens and the assay drops faster than the certificate implies.
