Inleiding:
Witte of lichtgele kristallen. Smeltpunt 217-219℃. Oplosbaar in ethanol, aceton, ethylacetaat en koolstofdisulfide, licht oplosbaar in benzeen en benzine, onoplosbaar in water. Stabiel in opslag.
Gebruik:
Gebruikt als antioxidant voor natuurrubber, synthetisch rubber en latex. Het kan de oxidatieveroudering en ultraviolette veroudering van gevulkaniseerd rubber en ongevulkaniseerd rubber vertragen. Het is een niet-kleurende, niet-vervuilende antioxidant die rubberproducten niet vervuilt en niet van kleur verandert in zonlicht. Het is beter dan gewone antioxidanten op het gebied van oxidatiebestendigheid en kan ook de hittebestendigheid en scheurweerstand van rubberproducten verbeteren. De effectieve hoeveelheid Chemicalbook is 0,5-1 deel. Dit product heeft ook een goed anti-verouderingseffect op lijmen. Het is gemakkelijk te dispergeren en heeft geen effect op de vulkanisatie. Dit product is geschikt voor de productie van lichtgekleurde rubberproducten, medische benodigdheden, latexproducten en plakband. Het kan ook worden gebruikt als antioxidant voor oliën en synthetische harsen. In de kunststofindustrie kan het worden gebruikt als warmte- en lichtstabilisator voor polyolefinen en polyoxymethyleen.
