Introduction:
White or slightly yellow crystals. Melting point 217-219℃. Soluble in ethanol, aceton, ethyl acetate and carbon disulfide, slightly soluble in benzene and gasoline, insoluble in water. Stable in storage.
Uses:
Used as an antioxidant for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex. It can delay the oxidation aging and ultraviolet aging of vulcanized rubber and unvulcanized rubber. It is a non-coloring, non-polluting antioxidant that does not pollute rubber products and does not change color under sunlight. It is better than ordinary antioxidants in terms of oxidation resistance and can also improve the heat resistance and flex crack resistance of rubber products. The effective amount of Chemicalbook is 0.5-1 part. This product also has a good anti-aging effect on adhesives. It is easy to disperse and has no effect on vulcanization. This product is suitable for the manufacture of light-colored rubber products, medical supplies, latex products and adhesive tapes. It can also be used as an antioxidant for oils and synthetic resins. In the plastics industry, it can be used as a heat and light stabilizer for polyolefins and polyoxymethylene.
