Einführung:
Wasserlösliches Eosin Y ist ein chemisch synthetisierter saurer Farbstoff, der in Wasser in negativ geladene Anionen dissoziiert und sich mit positiv geladenen Kationen der Aminogruppen von Proteinen verbindet, um das Zytoplasma zu färben. Das Zytoplasma, rote Blutkörperchen, Muskeln, Bindegewebe, eosinophile Granula usw. werden in unterschiedlichem Maße rot oder rosa gefärbt, wodurch ein scharfer Kontrast zum blauen Zellkern entsteht.
Verwendungen:
1. Wird als biologischer Farbstoff verwendet. Auch als Adsorptionsindikator verwendet, zur Fällungstitrationsbestimmung von Br-, I-, SCN-, MoO, Ag+ usw. Verwendet als kolorimetrisches Reagenz, zur fluorometrischen spektrophotometrischen Bestimmung von Ag+, Pb2+, Mn2+, Zn2+ usw.
2.
