Einleitung:
N-Iodosuccinimid, allgemein abgekürzt NIS, ist ein weißer nadelförmiger Kristall.
NIS ist in der organischen Chemie ein wichtiges elektrophiles Jodreagenz, das mit Alkenyl-Aluminium-Zwischenprodukten reagieren kann, um Alkenyl-Iodidverbindungen herzustellen.Es kann auch als Oxidationsreagenz zur Oxidation und Zyklierung von Dipeptiden zur Herstellung von β-Laktamen verwendet werden. NIS ist ein gutes Jodreagenz, das Vinylsilan und Vinylstanane reibungslos in das entsprechende Vinyljodid umwandeln kann.Olefin-Borinsäure reagiert mit NIS und wird zu Olefin-Yodid mit unveränderter geometrischer Konfiguration umgewandelt. NIS ist leicht zu zersetzen und sollte bei niedriger Temperatur, außerhalb von Licht und Feuchtigkeit unter Stickstoffschutz gelagert werden.die notwendigen Maßnahmen ergreifen, um die Einatmung von Pulver mit scharfem Geruch zu verhindern.
Verwendungszwecke:
1. Verwendet in der organischen Synthese, Schwefeloxidation Titrationsreagenz, milde Iodination Agent, Glucosinolat Katalysator, usw.
