Einführung:
Dieses Produkt ist ein weißes, kristallines Pulver; geruchlos, süß. Leicht löslich in Wasser, fast unlöslich in Ethanol. Schmelzpunkt 166-170℃. Siedepunkt 290-295℃. Es ist in steriler Lösung relativ stabil und wird durch Sauerstoff in der Luft nicht leicht oxidiert. Die Injektion ist eine sterile wässrige Lösung von Mannitol, die eine farblose, klare Flüssigkeit ist.
Verwendungen:
Mannitol, auch bekannt als Holzalkohol, ist ein Hexol, das als Diuretikum oder Süßstoff verwendet werden kann. Mannitol ist ein Polyol (Polyol), das durch die Hydrierungsreaktion von Fructose hergestellt wird und als Süßstoff, Netzmittel und Quellmittel verwendet wird. Es hat eine geringe Hygroskopizität und schlechte Ölbeständigkeit. Es hat 1,6 kcal/g. Seine Wasserlöslichkeit beträgt etwa 22 %, und seine Süße beträgt etwa 72 % des Zuckers, mit einem erfrischend süßen Geschmack. Es wirkt zusammen mit der Stärke im Kaugummi als Staubentferner. Es wird in zuckerfreien Bonbons, Kaugummi, Cerealien und Minzbonbons verwendet.
