用途:
マンニトールは、木アルコールとも呼ばれ、利尿剤または甘味料として使用できるヘキソールです。マンニトールは、フルクトースの水素化反応によって生成されるポリオール（ポリオール）であり、甘味料、湿潤剤、および膨潤剤として使用されます。吸湿性が低く、耐油性が低い。1.6 kcal/gです。水溶性は約22％で、甘さは砂糖の約72％で、爽やかな甘みがあります。チューインガム中のデンプンとともに埃除去剤として作用します。砂糖不使用のキャンディー、チューインガム、シリアル、ミントに使用されます。分析試薬として使用され、樹脂や医薬品の合成にも使用されます。二日酔い薬や口臭清涼剤などのチュアブル錠剤の製造に広く使用されており、その顆粒タイプは直接打錠用の賦形剤として特別に使用されています。
