Schmiermittel Organisches Zwischenprodukt Zinkstearat CAS 557-05-1 Poliermittel für Textilien
Einführung:
Weißes, hygroskopisches feines Pulver mit angenehmem Geruch. Unlöslich in Wasser, Ethanol und Ether, löslich in Säure. Zinkstearat wird beim Erhitzen kolloidal und löst sich in einem organischen Lösungsmittel auf und zersetzt sich bei Einwirkung starker Säure in Stearinsäure und das entsprechende Zinksalz. Es hat Schmiereigenschaften, Hygroskopizität, Ungiftigkeit, ist leicht reizend, umweltfreundlich und ungefährlich.
Verwendungen:
Es wird in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, bei der Herstellung von Härtungsölen und Schmiermitteln verwendet und dient auch als Trocknungsmittel für Farben. Es wird bei der Verarbeitung von PVC- und ungiftigen Gummiprodukten eingesetzt. Es hat eine synergistische Wirkung mit Calciumstearat und Bariumstearat und kann die Licht- und Hitzestabilität von PVC- und Gummiprodukten effektiv verbessern. Die Dosierung bei der PVC-Verarbeitung beträgt in der Regel weniger als 1 Teil; es wird als Berührungsmittel für Gummiprodukte verwendet und auch bei der Herstellung von PP-, PE-, PS-, EPS-Polymerisationsadditiven und Bleistiftminen eingesetzt. Die allgemeine Dosierung beträgt 1 bis 3 Teile.
