Einführung:
Inosin, auch bekannt als Inosin oder Inosin-Nukleosid, ist ein weißer, geruchloser, leicht bitterer, nadelförmiger Kristall. Es ist eine Nukleosidverbindung, die durch die Bindung von Hypoxanthin an Ribose gebildet wird. Inosinsäure (IMP) dient als Vorläufer für die Synthese von Adenosin (AMP) und Guanosin (GMP) in der De-novo-Synthese von Purinen. Sein Schmelzpunkt beträgt 218 °C. Bei 20 °C lösen sich 1,6 g des Produkts in 100 ml Wasser.
Verwendungen:
Es beteiligt sich am Energiestoffwechsel und der Proteinsynthese im Körper. Es kann zur Behandlung von Leukopenie und Thrombozytopenie, die durch verschiedene Ursachen verursacht werden, eingesetzt werden. Es kann leichte Durchfälle verursachen und ist unverträglich mit Orotsäure, Chloramphenicol, Dipyridamol und Thiopental-Natrium-Injektion.
