用途:
1. ビニルトリメトキシシランは、架橋ポリエチレンの重要な架橋剤です。一般的な過酸化物架橋や放射線架橋と比較して、その架橋プロセスは、シンプルな設備、低投資、容易な制御、幅広いポリエチレン密度、特殊形状の扇形ワイヤコアの製造に適し、高い押出速度という特徴があります。シラン架橋ポリエチレンは優れた電気特性、良好な耐熱性、耐応力亀裂性を有するため、この製品は電線、絶縁材、被覆材の製造に広く使用されています。
2. この製品を架橋剤として製造された架橋ポリエチレンは、芳香族化合物、油、応力亀裂に対する優れた耐性、高い機械的強度、良好な耐熱性などを備えており、80℃で50年間使用できます。石油、天然ガス、石炭ガスパイプラインの防食および断熱外保護層、およびそれに対応する防食および断熱熱収縮スリーブパッチ材料に使用できます。
