소개:
디시안디아미드(DICY 또는 DCD로 약칭)는 시안아미드의 이량체이며 구아니딘의 시아노 유도체입니다. 백색 결정성 분말입니다. 물, 알코올, 에틸렌 글리콜 및 디메틸포름아미드에 용해되며 벤젠에는 거의 용해되지 않습니다. 불연성입니다. 건조 시 안정합니다. 디시안디아미드 경화제는 가장 초기에 사용된 열경화 잠재 경화제에 속합니다. 실온에서 고체이며 에폭시 수지에 용해되지 않습니다. 미립자 형태로 에폭시 수지에 분산된 후 가열하여 반응합니다. 녹는점에 가까워지면 용해되기 시작하여 빠르게 반응하여 경화됩니다.
용도:
(1) 구아니딘 염 및 시안아미드의 원료로 사용됩니다. 디시안디아미드를 산과 반응시켜 다양한 구아니딘 염을 생산할 수 있습니다. 디시안디아미드와 벤조니트릴의 반응으로 얻은 시안아미드는 코팅, 라미네이트 및 성형 분말의 중간체입니다.
(2) 염료 고착제로 사용됩니다. 디시안디아미드와 포름알데히드의 반응으로 얻은 디시안디아미드 수지는 염료 고착제로 사용할 수 있습니다.
(3) 디시안디아미드 비료 및 디시안디아미드 복합 비료는 질화 세균의 활성을 제어하고 토양 내 질소 비료의 전환율을 조절하며 질소 손실을 줄이고 비료 사용 효율을 향상시킬 수 있습니다.
(4) 정밀 화학 중간체로 사용됩니다. 의약품에서 구아니딘 질산염, 설폰아미드 약물 등을 제조하는 데 사용됩니다. 또한 티오요소, 니트로셀룰로스 안정제, 고무 가황 촉진제, 강철 표면 경화제, 인조 가죽 충전제, 접착제 등을 제조하는 데 사용됩니다. 의약품 중간체 5-아자시토신은 디시안디아미드를 포름산과 반응시켜 얻을 수 있습니다.
(5) 코발트, 니켈, 구리 및 팔라듐의 검사, 유기 합성, 니트로셀룰로스 안정제, 경화제, 세제, 가황 촉진제, 수지 합성.
