用途:

 

HEPES（4-ヒドロキシエチルピペラジンエタンスルホン酸）は、高い極性を持つ非イオン性両性緩衝剤です。様々な化学試薬や酵素に対して不活性であり、生化学反応に参加したり干渉したりせず、酵素化学反応に対する阻害作用もありません。したがって、オルガネラや揮発性の高いpH感受性タンパク質および酵素の研究に特に使用できます。細胞-細胞接着、短期細胞凝集培養、組織および細胞の洗浄用緩衝剤として使用されます。
