مقدمه:
4-هیدروکسی اتیلپیپرازینتانسولفونک اسید (HEPES) یک آبسرد کننده ی مهم یون های هیدروژن است که دارای ظرفیت آبسرد کننده ای خوب در محدوده pH 6.8 تا 8.2 است و می تواند pH ثابت را برای مدت طولانی کنترل کند.غلظت استفاده شده 10 تا 50 mmol/L استبه طور کلی، 20 mmol/L 4-Hydroxyethylpiperazineethane sulfonic acid در محیط کشت می تواند ظرفیت بافر خوبی داشته باشد و هیچ اثر سمی بر روی سلول ها ندارد.
استفاده:
