글루타르산 무수물은 실온 및 압력에서 베이지색에서 옅은 갈색의 결정성 분말로, 흡습성이 강하며 물을 흡수한 후 쉽게 조해되어 산성 물질을 생성하여 열화됩니다. 글루타르산 무수물은 두 개의 카르보닐기를 포함하고 있으므로 해당 알코올로 쉽게 환원되며 특정 환원성을 갖습니다. 글루타르산 무수물은 직접적으로 물을 흡수하지 않지만, 가수분해 반응을 거쳐 해당 디카르복실산을 생성할 수 있습니다. 글루타르산 무수물의 안정성을 유지하고 물 흡수를 방지하기 위해 일반적으로 밀폐되고 건조한 환경에 글루타르산 무수물을 보관하고 공기 또는 습한 환경에 노출되지 않도록 해야 합니다.
용도:
플라스틱, 고무, 수지, 의약품 등의 생산 및 아미드 제조에 사용됩니다. 발레르산 무수물은 과산화수소와 산화되어 과산화글루타르산을 얻을 수 있습니다. 420ml의 증류수와 221.7g의 30% 과산화수소를 혼합한 다음 342g의 글루타르산 무수물을 첨가하고 격렬하게 교반하여 반응을 15℃로 유지하고 7.6g의 과산화수소를 첨가하고 1시간 동안 계속 따뜻하게 유지한 후 24시간 동안 방치하고 결정을 여과하고 물로 세척하고 적외선 램프로 건조하여 융점이 89-90℃(90℃에서 분해 시작)인 흰색 분말 과산화물 이산화물을 얻습니다.
