Einleitung:
Bisphenol AF ist auch als Hexafluorobisphenol A, 2,2-bis ((4-Hydroxyphenyl) Hexafluoropropan, 2,2-bis ((4-Hydroxyphenyl) Hexafluoropropan usw. bekannt, bezeichnet als BPAF.Es ist leicht löslich in Kohlenstofftetrachlorid, schwer in Wasser auflösbar und leicht in organischen Lösungsmitteln wie Ethanol, Aceton, Äther, Toluol und starken alkalischen Lösungen löslich.Bisphenol AF kann bei Erhitzung auf 510 °C zersetzen und brennen.
Verwendungszwecke:
Bisphenol AF wird hauptsächlich als Vulkanisierungsmittel (Crosslinking Agent) für Fluorkautschuk verwendet, und mehr als 70% des Fluorkautschuks verwenden ein Bisphenol AF-Vulkanisierungssystem.Bisphenol AF kann als Monomer zur Synthese von fluorierten Polyamiden (Imiden) verwendet werden, fluorierte Polyestere, fluorierte Polyarylether, fluorierte Polyetherketone, fluorierte Polycarbonate, fluorierte Epoxidharze, fluorierte Polyurethane und andere fluorierte Polymere,mit einer Breite von mehr als 20 mm,, Protonenaustauschmembranen, dielektrische Beschichtungen, optische Glasfaserschichten, fotoelektrische Rohrsubstrate, Klebstoffe usw. und werden in der Mikroelektronik, Brennstoffzellen, Optik,Raumfahrttechnik und andere Bereiche.
