用途:
レモンの香りを必要とする様々な分野で広く使用されています。レモンタイプ、消臭木材タイプのエッセンス、人工的に調合されたレモンオイル、ベルガモットオイル、オレンジリーフオイルの重要なフレーバーです。イオノンやメチルイオノンの合成原料です。工業生産におけるネガティブな雰囲気を隠すためにも使用できます。生姜、レモン、白レモン、スイートオレンジ、丸ポン、リンゴ、サクランボ、ブドウ、イチゴ、スパイスなどの食用エッセンスにも使用できます。ワインエッセンスにも使用できます。
