백색에서 엷은 회색 결정 또는 결정성 분말. 아주 미세한 특유의 냄새가 있습니다. 해바라기유와 같이 조유 및 고도로 불포화된 오일에 적합합니다. 식용유 및 구운 제품의 경우 BHA와 함께 사용하기에 적합하지만 튀김 제품에 적합합니다. 일반적인 복용량은 100-200mg/kg입니다. 이 제품은 백색 또는 약간 적갈색의 결정성 분말로 매우 가벼운 특유의 향이 있으며 물에 거의 녹지 않고(약 5‰) 에탄올, 에틸 아세테이트와 같은 유기 용매에 녹습니다. 비등점은 295℃, 융점은 126.5~128.5℃입니다. 대부분의 오일, 특히 식물성 오일에 부패 방지 효과가 있습니다. 철과 구리에 닿아도 색이 변하지 않지만 알칼리성에서는 분홍색으로 변할 수 있습니다.
